- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and water to form a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating it well.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Toss the baked florets in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
