- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in tomato puree and spices. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
