Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in tomato puree and spices. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
