- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip marinated chicken in flour mixture, coating well.
- Fry chicken tenders until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
