A simple and sweet treat combining butterscotch, peanut butter, and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 cups rice cereal
Instructions
- Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in marshmallows and rice cereal.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add nuts for extra crunch.
- Use chocolate chips for a different flavor.
