A flavorful and aromatic rice dish made with butter and garlic.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of rice
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the rinsed rice and stir to coat it with butter.
- Pour in the broth and add salt.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the chopped parsley.

- Use any type of rice you prefer.
- Adjust garlic according to your taste.
