- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes until cabbage wilts.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until heated through.

- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or carrots.
