Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
  3. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. In a bowl, mix ground meat, cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
  6. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
