Cabbage Noodle Buns are a low-carb alternative to traditional buns made with cabbage leaves.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
- Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- You can add spices as per your taste.
- These can be frozen for later use.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
