Description
Cabbage rolls filled with meat and rice.
Ingredients

- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully remove the leaves from the cabbage head.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place a scoop of the mixture onto each cabbage leaf.
- Roll the leaf tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce over the rolls.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
Notes
- Use a large pot to blanch cabbage leaves for easier rolling.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
