Description
A rich and creamy dessert with layers of chocolate mousse and Cadbury Flake.
Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 300ml double cream
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 Cadbury Flake bars, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a tart tin.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the egg mixture.
- In another bowl, whip the double cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mousse over the cooled biscuit base.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with crushed Cadbury Flake.
Notes
- Make sure the chocolate is not too hot when mixing with eggs.
- Use a tart tin with a removable base for easy serving.
- For a sweeter mousse, adjust sugar according to your taste.
