A delicious and healthy caesar chicken salad wrapped in a tortilla for a quick lunch.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup croutons
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese.
- Mix until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a surface.
- Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Add croutons for crunch.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Slice in half and serve.
