Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken fillets with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken and slice it.
  6. Add bell peppers to the pan and sauté until tender.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  8. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, mixing until combined.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot.
