- 2 boneless chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- Season chicken fillets with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken and slice it.
- Add bell peppers to the pan and sauté until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, mixing until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- Can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
