Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken fillet, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
  • Use any pasta shape you prefer.
  • Can substitute heavy cream with a lighter alternative if desired.
