Description
A spicy and creamy pasta dish with Cajun seasoned chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pound chicken fillet, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Can substitute heavy cream with a lighter alternative if desired.
