A quick and flavorful Cajun chicken pasta dish cooked in one skillet.
Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add bell pepper and onion. Sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Mix in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for desired spice level.
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
