Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken fillet, diced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until browned.
- Stir in onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrots. Cook until vegetables soften.
- Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until al dente.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
