  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  7. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
