Description
A flavorful Cajun seafood boil with garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs shrimp, deveined
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 lb mussels
- 1 lb potatoes, quartered
- 1 lb corn, cut into halves
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Water, for boiling
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and salt into the pot.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until seafood is cooked through.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice to the garlic butter sauce.
- Drain the seafood and vegetables, then toss with garlic butter sauce.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your taste.
- Feel free to add other seafood like clams or lobster.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
