Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp, deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb mussels
  • 1 lb potatoes, quartered
  • 1 lb corn, cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, for boiling

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels.
  5. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and salt into the pot.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until seafood is cooked through.
  7. In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add lemon juice to the garlic butter sauce.
  9. Drain the seafood and vegetables, then toss with garlic butter sauce.
  10. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
