Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Add garlic, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined.
  6. Drain pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
