A flavorful Cajun shrimp pasta dish that combines tender shrimp with a spicy sauce and pasta.

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Drain pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Can substitute fettuccine with another pasta of your choice.
