Ingredients

- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into even slices.
- On a serving plate, alternate layers of tomato and mozzarella slices.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves between the layers.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
