Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and coffee. Mix well.
- Pour half the batter into the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Pour the remaining batter over the caramel and chocolate.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Adjust coffee strength according to preference.
- Top with extra caramel sauce before serving.
