A delicious caramel pear tart perfect for the holiday season.

			- 1 pre-made tart shell
 - 3 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
 - 1 cup caramel sauce
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix sliced pears with lemon juice and cinnamon.
 - Arrange the pears in the tart shell.
 - Drizzle caramel sauce over the pears.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
 - Let cool for 10 minutes.
 - Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
 - Serve the tart with whipped cream and sprinkle walnuts on top.
 
Notes
- Use ripe but firm pears for the best texture.
 - Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
 - Can be served warm or cold.
