Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and sour cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
  7. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat.
  8. Add rum and cinnamon, stirring until smooth.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool.
  10. Drizzle the rum glaze over the cooled cheesecake before serving.
