Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, grated carrots, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the carrot mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end.
- Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
