Crispy and flavorful carrot fritters that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the carrots and place them in a bowl.
- Add flour, Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with yogurt or sour cream.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
