Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add black beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet.
  4. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Prepare the cornbread mix according to package instructions.
  7. Spread the cornbread batter over the beef mixture.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cornbread is golden brown.
