Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and carrots.
- Add sunflower seeds to the mixture.
- Pour ranch dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
