Description
A healthy dinner recipe featuring cauliflower rice and turkey.

			- 1 head of cauliflower
 - 1 pound ground turkey
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 bell pepper, diced
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
 - Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
 - Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
 - Stir in bell pepper and paprika, cook for another 5 minutes.
 - Add cauliflower rice, mix well, and cook until tender.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
