Instructions
- Select and rinse the seafood, then dice it into small cubes.
- Chop the red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).
- Mix the lime juice, sea salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Combine the diced fish with the lime juice mixture and fold in the chopped vegetables and herbs.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
