Chardonnay Italian sausage bites served with a spicy mustard dip.

			- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup Chardonnay
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup spicy mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Italian sausage with Chardonnay, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Place the sausage bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the spicy mustard dip by mixing spicy mustard in a bowl.
- Serve the sausage bites hot with the spicy mustard dip.
