- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain and transfer Brussels sprouts to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the Brussels sprouts.
- Add cooked bacon and cheddar cheese on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
