A comforting seafood pot pie with cheddar bay biscuits on top.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup fish fillets, cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab, fish, mixed vegetables, cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the seafood mixture into a greased pie dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the cheddar bay biscuit mix with milk until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture on top of the seafood mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
