A comforting seafood pot pie with cheddar bay biscuits on top.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup fish fillets, cooked and flaked
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cheddar bay biscuit mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab, fish, mixed vegetables, cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the seafood mixture into a greased pie dish.
- In another bowl, mix the cheddar bay biscuit mix with milk until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture on top of the seafood mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any seafood you prefer.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
