- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
