  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
