Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced

- 4 cups cooked quinoa
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In serving bowls, layer cooked quinoa as the base.
- Add cooked beef on top of the quinoa.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard before serving.
