Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; cook until onion is soft.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and carrots.
- Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in milk and shredded cheese until melted.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot.
