Description
Cheeseburgers wrapped in foil with veggies and potatoes.
Ingredients

			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 4 slices of cheese
 - 4 hamburger buns
 - 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
 - 2 medium potatoes, diced
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
 - In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
 - Form the beef into four patties.
 - In a separate bowl, toss diced potatoes and mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Place each patty on a sheet of foil and top with veggies and potatoes.
 - Wrap the foil tightly around the patties and vegetables.
 - Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
 - In the last 5 minutes, add cheese slices on top of each patty.
 - Remove from grill, unwrap, and serve on hamburger buns.
 
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on grill temperature.
 - You can add your favorite seasonings to the beef.
