Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the beef into four patties.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss diced potatoes and mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place each patty on a sheet of foil and top with veggies and potatoes.
  6. Wrap the foil tightly around the patties and vegetables.
  7. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. In the last 5 minutes, add cheese slices on top of each patty.
  9. Remove from grill, unwrap, and serve on hamburger buns.
