Cheesecake Ball Recipe

  • Author: Louna
  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12–16 cheesecake balls (depending on size)

Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

– 1/4 cup powdered sugar

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

– 1/4 cup crushed nuts (like pecans or almonds, optional)

– 1/4 cup fruit preserves (strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry, optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:

– In a medium-sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

– Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to mix until well combined.

2. Shape the Cheesecake Balls:

– Once the mixture is smooth, use a spoon to scoop out small amounts (about 1 tablespoon each).

– Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Add Coatings:

– For the classic cheesecake ball, roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs. You can also roll them in mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or any coating of your choice.

– If you prefer a fruity twist, gently drizzle fruit preserves over the cheesecake balls.

4. Chill:

– Place the cheesecake balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

5. Serve & Enjoy:

– Serve chilled and enjoy these creamy, bite-sized cheesecake delights!
