Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Press into the prepared pan to form an even layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream (optional).
- Pour cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Let it cool gradually in the oven for about 1 hour.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.

- Allow cooling gradually to avoid cracks on the surface.
- Chill for at least 4 hours for the best texture.
