Description

A delicious twist on traditional cheesecake, baked in flaky crescent rolls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Cinnamon and sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent rolls and lay it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll layer.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
