Description

This easy and creamy cheesecake dip is perfect for any occasion. It’s sweet, fluffy, and customizable with your favorite toppings and fruits!

Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

– Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for a citrusy twist)

– Toppings: Crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, fresh fruits (like strawberries, raspberries, or apple slices)

Instructions

1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until fully combined. If you want a slight tang, add the lemon juice here.

2. Whip the heavy cream:

In a separate bowl, use a mixer to whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form (this can take about 3-5 minutes). Be careful not to over-whip it.

3. Combine the mixtures:

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Use a spatula and mix until everything is well incorporated and smooth.

4. Serve:

Spoon the cheesecake dip into a serving bowl and top with your favorite toppings. You can use crushed graham crackers for a classic touch, or try adding mini chocolate chips, fresh berries, or even a drizzle of caramel or chocolate syrup for extra flavor.

5. Chill (optional):

For best results, chill the dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. This helps the flavors meld together.

Notes

– Serve with fresh fruit slices (strawberries, apples, pineapple, etc.).

– Pair with cookies, graham crackers, or pretzels for a crunchy contrast.

– You can also use this cheesecake dip as a filling for fruit cups or even as a topping for cupcakes.
