Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
- Fill hoagie rolls with the mixture and serve.
