- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
