A creamy and cheesy broccoli casserole that is easy to make.

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked chicken for extra protein.
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
