Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Spread a layer of chicken mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Add a layer of lasagna noodles over the chicken.
  7. Spoon a layer of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  11. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top before serving.
