  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese into the mixture.
  5. Stir in the steamed cauliflower until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
