Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese into the mixture.
- Stir in the steamed cauliflower until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cauliflower for best results.
- You can substitute the cheeses with your favorites.
- Add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
