- 2 cups diced chicken fillet
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, potatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in the baking dish.
- Melt butter and mix with milk. Pour over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
