- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, chicken broth, cheese, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- This dish can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
