A creamy and cheesy corn casserole that’s easy to make.

- 2 cups corn, frozen
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add corn, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned corn instead of frozen if desired.
- Top with extra cheese for a cheesier flavor.
- Can be made a day in advance and baked before serving.
