- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and place it on a baking sheet.
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and oregano.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
