Description

			- 4 chicken breasts
 - 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 cup cream cheese
 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
 - Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
 - Mix in cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper.
 - Slice chicken breasts to create pockets.
 - Stuff each pocket with the mushroom mixture.
 - Season the outside of the chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
 - Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
