- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika to the skillet.
- Stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or peas for more nutrition.
- Use brown rice for a healthier option; adjust cooking time accordingly.
