Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the rice is tender and cheese is bubbly.
