Description
A cheesy and hearty casserole made with hamburger and rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the rice is tender and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
